L-Special was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Sicilian parents — rooted in time-honored techniques. When I moved to a homestead in the mountains of Costa Rica, I decided to support the homestead by making fresh artisan pasta and bringing it to market.
Today I supply local farmers markets, offer door-to-door service, and serve as a trusted restaurant supplier throughout the region. Every batch is handcrafted with organic, home-grown ingredients — made to order with care.
